Before Your Session
How to prepare
There is no special preparation needed. The most important thing you can bring is your willingness to be present. That said, a few things will help you get the most from your session:
Create a quiet space
Find a place where you can lie down comfortably and won’t be interrupted for two hours. A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow are ideal.
Use headphones
The sound and music are an integral part of the experience. Quality headphones make a significant difference in how deeply you can drop in.
Eat lightly
A light meal 1–2 hours before is fine. Avoid eating heavily right before, as the breathing patterns work best on a lighter stomach.
Hydrate
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Have water nearby for during and after the session.
