I spent sixteen years in brand, growth, and SEO — shaping narratives, driving demand, and building authority the conventional way. It works in corporate. But when I began coaching founders and practitioners, I saw a pattern: the same playbooks that scale companies were burning out humans.
As a business coach I helped clients triple their revenue, and yet still didn’t sit right with me — like I was handing them corporate Kool-Aid in a cup labeled “freedom.” Congratulatory numbers, dysregulated bodies. More disembodied businesses.
As a business owner I was perpetuating the same playbooks. Multi-six figures, and still couldn’t celebrate my wins. There was always another threshold, another goal. More, more, more.
That’s where embodied business began for me — bringing the body back into brand and operations so growth feels congruent, not performative.

The work is rooted in the body. But so is everything else. When I’m not holding space or building brands, I’m usually elbow-deep in flour — there’s a meditative quality to kneading dough, the patience of a slow rise, the alchemy of heat and time. Bread, mostly. Sometimes pastry when the mood is right. Always from scratch.
My dog, Christopher Robin, is named after the boy who understood that sometimes the best adventures happen with your best friend beside you. He’s my daily reminder to slow down and stay curious. The cats — and there are always cats — choose me. They’re quiet teachers of sovereignty and rest, sprawled across whatever surface is least convenient.
I will rewatch Buffy the Vampire Slayer without apology. The writing, the mythology, the emotional depth. It’s one of the great texts on chosen families and becoming who you actually are.
And then there are the plants. Everywhere. I’m drawn to the slow intelligence of living things — the way a fern unfurls, the patience of a propagation. My space is a garden. It’s how I breathe between sessions, how I remember that growth doesn’t require force.

My Approach
Mindset is useful. But lasting change happens when your body is in the room. I don’t hand you a framework and send you off — I sit with you in the specifics. Your positioning, your language, your offers, your capacity. We work with what’s actually here, not what a template says should be.
Sessions blend somatic tools — breathwork, regulation, generative trance — with rigorous brand work: positioning, point of view, offer architecture, messaging, and simple systems. Everything is tailored on the spot to meet your capacity and your goals.
I will challenge you — kindly and clearly. You’ll leave with language, decisions, and next steps you can actually implement.
Expect direct feedback, clean strategy, and compassionate accountability. Sales becomes consent-based invitation, not pressure. Growth becomes something your nervous system can actually hold.
